Mental Health Test

Mental Health Quiz

Let's turn to the sunny side of life. Take this mental health test to evaluate your mental well-being. You may find a lot of depression tests on this website, you may read tons of information about depression. You may think that the determination of healthy mental state is not a simple business at all.

Mental wellbeing is more than being free of mental illnesses. A basic but useful description of mental well-being is feeling good and functioning well.

Psychic health is the proper functioning of the human soul. Mental health is the harmony between thinking, feeling and will.

Our test for mental health investigates your thinking, feeling and will, searches your behaviour in the past.

The following Mental Health Test is based on WEMWBS (The Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale) to measure your mental wellbeing. WEMWBS was created by mental wellbeing experts and is often used by scientists and psychologists.

The feeling of being valuable - 'I am a valuable person'- is essential to mental health and is a cornerstone of self-discipline.M. Scott Peck

For whom is the test designed?

This mental health test is designed for everyday use. It can be used for teenagers and adults.

What precautions should I take?

Just answer truly honestly.

Can you help me?

This is an online mental health test. You should follow these straightforward instructions:

  • Please read each group of statements extremely carefully.

  • Just tick the answer, what you think being the most descriptive for your case over the last two weeks. Choose only one for each title (there is no chance to select more than one, anyway). If none of them is really adequate, choose the nearest one. You should choose one.

  • After answering all the questions of the mental health quiz, hit the 'Score Me' button. A new page will be open to show your evaluation.

  • Your score and evaluation will also be sent to your email address. In order to get the mail, use a correct email address.

  • Form Requirements: Javascript and cookies must be on for this form to work correctly (in the options or preferences section of your browser).

But don't forget: don't rely on the result obtained. Mental wellbeing test is for orientation purposes only.

If you have problems with the Mental Health Scale, do not hesitate to contact us.

Warning!

If cookies are not enabled in your browser, the test will not work properly, your score will not be displayed. Please, check the Preferences pane of your browser.
