I'm sliping in to black hole

i fell like im sliping in to black hole that i cant get out of i fell lost hopeless like theres know way out every day the same its never gone get better i just fell so lost and depressed nothing gets rid of these fellings i cut to make the pain go away but it dosent help help me !!!
