Depression and Hormones

My story has to do with depression that relates to men / testosterone problems. Lot T.
I have found that most of us men after age 30, begin to feel poorly (from time to tome) due to testosterone levels being low.
I found an article that I think is worth sharing.I found these statements about this subject on a site called reNEWMAN.
It says:
Testosterone levels start to decline in the late 20’s. Most men will feel the effects of lowT beginning at about age 35. Symptoms include the following:
* Depression, or loss of eagerness and enthusiasm for daily life
* Low energy
* Decreased mental quickness
* Decreased desire for physical activity
* Decreased desire for intimacy – reduced sex drive and function
* Decreased muscle tone
* Weight gain, increase in body fat, particularly around the mid-section
* Night sweats and trouble sleeping
* Mild to moderate irritability, including mood swings
I found this very interesting, and will continue to do research. What are your thoughts about this?
